I work too hard to be forced to keep something I do not want, period. A lot of items are overpriced and quality is not great, another reason why I wanted to return what I'd purchase. The store doesn't offer many clothing selections. They're strict policy which is not told to you gives you no room to change your mind. If you do decide to visit this store, think twice about your purchases. :) Guys save yourself the headache from shopping here. I simply got off the phone with her and called my credit card company. She assumed since she wasn't giving me a return and her bad customer service was going to affect my day, but it didn't. She chose to be sarcastic, telling me to be blessed and she hopes I have a better rest of my day. If she really cared to resolve the issue and have a satisfied customer, especially being that this was my very first experience there, she could have made a one time exception and return the item but instead she chose to loose what could of been a repeated customer supporting her small shop.
